This pic sais more than words ever can
This mother was chased off a cliff with a group of dogs, the mother plundged to her death and her horn was later removed - the calf then took a day to find its mother!!!
In just 4 years rhino poaching has gone up by a massive 2500%. This huge increase is down to the new high tech methods poachers are currently using. Organised syndicates have taken poaching to a new level. Even supposed wildlife conservationists and veterinarians have got in on the act.
Previously the poachers would go in on foot, sometimes using a crossbow, strong enough to pierce the rhinos thick skin. The steel arrow would penetrate the animals body, piercing the rhinos vital organs and causing serious injury. Other poaches will brutally mow down the animal with an assault rifle or use high powered tranquilisers to knock the animal out. The poachers are ruthless and will often kill a pregnant cow, or a cow with a calf. The calf is then either left to die with no mother or it is slaughtered as well for its tiny, insignificant horn.
But now these new methods have taken the assault to the skies. From a small helicopter the rhino is darted with a night vision rifle. The horn is then brutally chopped off while the animal is still alive, leaving them to die slowly and painfully. The use of a helicopter allows the criminals much easier access and also a quick getaway. They have often disappeared without a trace before it is even realised that the brutal act has taken place. These new methods mirror those of normal wildlife capture carried out by conservationists and the veterinary drugs used implies that a vet has been involved with this disgusting trade.
This is what happens in a profit driven system, where people have to resort to criminal ways to survive.
Let's end this, don't wait any longer.

Cancer for business - Now with a 20% discount!
Under the capitalist sun, there is nothing sacred.Burzynski: Cancer Is Serious Business
Money talks.
- Li Chuan Chen, PhD
from "cancer is serious business"
http://vimeo.com/24821365
And this are also two video on cancer that I recommend watching:
The Cancer Report (The Full Version)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WnaBG177VIw
RUN FROM THE CURE - Full Version
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0psJhQHk_GI
Wouldn't you be outraged if you found out, that many of the children, woman and man might have died from cancer unescessary? It sure as hell would freak me out. But I am passed the stage of suprisal - not in this money driven world.
The documentary called "Cancer is serious Business" gives you a look into the "cancer industry" while exposing the attacks by the mainstream of the industry on a man that exposes their way of working. This man is Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski, the founder of the Burzynski Clinic.
In the course of his medical research, Dr.Burzynski discovered a cure for cancer that involved the use of "antineoplastons", which he found were present in the blood of healthy people, but were lacking in those suffering from cancer. He als found that by obtaining these compounds from healthy people and transfusing them into the system of the ones with cancer, you could stop and even reverse the spread of cancerous tumors.
I would be like: wow! and applaud this man for his findings. No one want to have, suffer or die from cancer. When your family or friends have it, or even strangers, you want them to get better. So for many of us it is quite unbelievable that they would stop this, and cover this up, to earn money. It really makes you question the psychopaths who run industries worldwide. Is it really only such kind of people that manage to be successfull in this world? Because you have to have a heart of stone to compete, want to be the best, make profit and exploiting and abusing others while doing that. I am sure many of us are not capable of doing this. But they are programmed to become that way, unfortunatly for them and for the entire world.
Currently, your only able to get the treatment from Dr.Burzynski through qualifying for a clinical trial - which in most cases means that one has to have already undergone treatment through 'traditional means' which include radiation and chemotherapy. So the people that want to undergo his treatment, already have had there systems damaged through radiation and chemical poisoning. And still the treatment of Dr. Burzynski has shown to save people's lives in cases where traditional methods had very little or no success. Here are some stories from patients: http://www.burzynskiclinic.com/patient-stories.html
The following post I am taking from my friend Cameron Cope, who has composed an awesome article about this at his blog : http://equalmoneysystem.blogspot.com/2012/01/cancer-is-serious-business-for.html
"The purpose of the documentary 'Cancer is Serious Business' is to show the contrast between how Dr. Burzynski's treatments have been met by the Food and Drug Administration (which is responsible for certifying that new drugs and treatments are allowed to be distributed throughout the United States) versus the FDA's handling of treatments and drugs offered from large pharmaceutical companies.
In Dr. Burzynski's case, the FDA has still not approved antineoplastons for treatment of cancers, even though he has been researching and testing his methods since the 1970's. And this is not due to lack of evidence of his treatment's efficacy. He has produced many times patient records showing the effectiveness of his treatments but with the FDA and other organizations (such as the National Cancer Institute or NCI) rejecting his records. There is ample evidence for anyone interested to see that there has been an unfair treatment and scrutiny placed on Dr. Burzynski's research; one simply has to investigate.
But what we would like to address in this post is the 'why' behind all of this. Obviously Dr. Burzynkski's treatments are a threat to the status quo of the Cancer industry - an industry worth billions and billions of dollars. For example, in order to run a clinical trial to gain approval from the FDA to begin distributing a new drug requires literally tens of millions of dollars. So right from the start any person or group that may very well have a valid solution to a disease or ailment is prevented from receiving approval just on the basis of money. Now it is possible to get grants to perform these expensive trials, however individuals not associated to the established medical and pharma companies, as was the case for Dr. Burzynski, often find it difficult to receive these grants.
Isn't it obvious that - in our current system - money is king? The quote in the beginning of this post is from Li Chuan Chen, who was a researcher at NCI in the 90's. Truly there is nothing sacred.
Now, obviously drugs should be tested. We should not expect that Dr. Burzynski's treatment should just be pushed through without proper validation that the treatment works and doesn't cause unnecessary harm - but there are so many examples where the FDA does the opposite when it is in favor of a large corporation. Take the Vioxx story for example. According to the FDA's own estimates Vioxx, a treatement killed over 27,000 people as reported by Consumer Affairs. The painkiller generated over 2.5 billion dollars for Merck, which spend considerable resources to keep the risks out of the media, risks that Merck executives knew about from the very beginning.
How can we trust a system that gives unfair advantage to those with money. It's fascinating that many will vilify people like Dr. Burzynski as quacks and trying to make a buck off of others suffering and yet defend large corporations and their executives who continually put profits before Life. And let us be clear, this is a problem with our entire system. There is no industry unaffected by the cancer that is the profit motive. Our children read textbooks which are ineffective at teaching math when there are methods proven to work (see the Singapore Method). We consume food modified with chemicals designed to increase our appetites and form addictions. We buy cell phones and video game systems assembled by literal modern day slaves in other countries simply because it reduces costs and therefore increases profits for the companies involved. The list goes on, however it is clear if one simply takes the time to look that our current system is one that is founded upon abuse.
Now, before anyone criticizes us for being one-sided and simply supporting Dr. Buzynski for being the 'under-dog', let us say this. We trust no one. I mean, how can we. In a system based on profit, where we know almost everyone is only acting out of survival and their own self-interest, how can we trust anything we read, hear, or see. How does one know when anyone is acting in our best interest when we know that, at the end of the day, if one does not have money, one does not eat. And no one really cares about making sure you or anyone else eats (see Game Theory.
Perhaps that is the real problem. No one really cares about anyone else. If they did, then decisions about which treatments for cancer will receive funding for research to decided once and for all which ones actually work, what their real success rates are, and what the actual facts are. Decisions about who lives and who dies would not be based on numbers on a balance sheet but rather on what decisions actually work in the best interest of everyone.
Obviously there is no point in judging or condemning anyone. One can not blame the execs of the big pharma companies for they are doing what we would all like to do in their position. The question is why we allow the system to be set up to function as it does. This is the fundamental point we must challenge (for further perspective on how choice is tied to money see: Freedom of Choice and Equal Money.) And if we are unwilling to consider a new system then no amount of outrage - no amount of activism, occupying, arguing or suing will make any difference. The time for us to stop putting individual profit above life is now. The time to start valuing all Life Equally and making decisions that support this value system is now. It is time that we consider an Equal Money System and the common sense that the only way we can live on this planet together without harming ourselves and each other - the only way to experience real peace, real freedom, real happiness, real brotherhood - is to love our neighbor as ourselves and to participate in a system in a real, physical way that ensures that our love is not in word only but that our every deed is Best for All and that no one goes without to give more to another (for further perspective on how to use money in a practical way that will bring about a real change see: Making Peace with Money.)

It's not a happy new year
A happy new year, is a new year full of happiness. But this is not the reality on Earth. It may be a happy celebration for your and your family, and all others who are lucky enough to celebrate it comfortably.
But I can't fake it. I don't find the new year happy, even if that makes me a party pooper. I also don't celebrate it in particular. Yes I go eat with my family, but I don't stay up waiting for 12 o'clock. I was tired so I went to be at 9.30 PM.
Also my dad ordered all kinds of seafood to make food for him and my mom, brother and his girlfriend. A part of it were 2 live lobsters, squashed on each other in a plastic bag, 1 had a leg ripped out. It really put me in a down mood and to be honest, it made me really angry.
I get angry because of the way we celebrate, by the abuse and death of other living creatures. Some call it "delicacies", I call it murder. Place yourself as the lobster, or the duck. How would you feel? Because animals can feel, make friends, live together, even fight and suffer. They have their own way of existing and expressing themselves, just as we have ours.
New year is not happy at all for these animals.
Here, have some delicious luxurious foie gras
Or a fancy lobster
Or a lamb chop
Also for many people the new year can't even be celebrated. The many that live in hidden poverty, and the many who live in obvious poverty. The child soldiers, the children forced into prostitution, the families running from war, the sweatshop workers, the starving and the ones totally deprived of any opportunity to get a better life.
You may call be a pessimist, and I wish I was but I am not. I am a realist, because this is all happening and it is not getting any happier. And if you would be celebrating 2 meters away from people in the conditions mentioned above, you would feel the same way. But now we don't because we live in our bubbles, apart, separated, not seeing and being pre-occupied with ourselves.
The world should be a fun place for all, something where we can truly celebrate and be happy about what we have achieved as a collective. That is why I support a living income, that is why a drastic change is necessary.
New Years Eve ends with 30,637 people who died of hunger today. 2012, the year to be One Vote in support of living income: www.livingincome.me

No difference between a rapist and a men's magazine
They came to some pretty upsetting results after a study where people had to tell the difference between quotes from British "lag mags" and interviews with convicted rapists. Men were more likely to agree with the rapists.
The one who conducted this study were researchers from the university of Surrey, and later on it was published in the British Journal of Psychology.
The study went as follows:
-Men AND Women were given quotes from the British lad Mag FHM, Loaded, Nuts and Zoo, as well as excerpts from interviews with actual convicted rapist from the book 'The Rapist Files".
-The participants couldn't identify which statements came from the rapists and which from tha magazines.
-They also rated the magazine quotes as slighty MORE derogatory than the statements made by rapists.
-The quotes were shown also to separate groups of men. The men were more likely to identify with the rapists statements than the lad mag ones.
The slightly bright spot in the study:-When researchers randomly labelled the quotes as coming from either rapists or magazines, the men were more likely to identify with the ones allegdly drawn from mags. Because they consciously did not WANT to agree with rapists.
So the "who you are", the "self", plays an important part in this. Either you decide who you are, or it is decided for you by upbringing, friends, peer pressure, emotional urges etc...
"We were surprised that participants identified more with the rapists' quotes, and we are concerned that the legitimisation strategies that rapists deploy when they talk about women are more familiar to these young men than we had anticipated." co-author Dr. Peter Hegarty adds
"There is a fundamental concern that the content of such magazines normalises the treatment of women as sexual objects. We are not killjoys or prudes who think that there should be no sexual information and media for young people. But are teenage boys and young men best prepared for fulfilling love and sex when they normalise views about women that are disturbingly close to those mirrored in the language of sexual offenders?"^
What did the rapists and ladmags quotes consist of?For example:
-talk about coercing women
-talk about having sex with them even thought they were initially unwilling.
-->women say no when they really mean yes.
This "woman say no when they really mean yes" as if they are asking for it, is a big stereotype which I have heard before. It is shocking that even lad mags take these things on, but not suprising because lad mags are written by humans, and humans are the ones who create the stereotypes.
They say that now maybe the news that they sound just like rapists will make people and magazines rethink their words.
Isn't this what we should do at all times? Know what we speak and why. Else your like an automatic record running off speaking whatever someone has spoken to you before as a form of repeatance. We have and are all guilty of that sometimes. But it is time to become aware of it and stop it, it's easier than you think if you put your brain in action and realize the effect of this so called "harmless" habbit worldwide.
Lets do the test ourselves! See if you can find the difference between the rapists and the lad mag quotes, dont cheat! ;):
1. There's a certain way you can tell that a girl wants to have sex . . . The way they dress, they flaunt themselves.
2. Some girls walk around in short-shorts . . . showing their body off . . . It just starts a man thinking that if he gets something like that, what can he do with it?
3. A girl may like anal sex because it makes her feel incredibly naughty and she likes feeling like a dirty slut. If this is the case, you can try all sorts of humiliating acts to help live out her filthy fantasy.
4. Mascara running down the cheeks means they've just been crying, and it was probably your fault . . . but you can cheer up the miserable beauty with a bit of the old in and out.
5. What burns me up sometimes about girls is dick-teasers. They lead a man on and then shut him off right there.
6. Filthy talk can be such a turn on for a girl . . . no one wants to be shagged by a mouse . . . A few compliments won't do any harm either . . . ‘I bet you want it from behind you dirty whore' . . .
7. You know girls in general are all right. But some of them are bitches . . . The bitches are the type that . . . need to have it stuffed to them hard and heavy.
8. Escorts . . . they know exactly how to turn a man on. I've given up on girlfriends. They don't know how to satisfy me, but escorts do.
9. You'll find most girls will be reluctant about going to bed with somebody or crawling in the back seat of a car . . . But you can usually seduce them, and they'll do it willingly.
10. There's nothing quite like a woman standing in the dock accused of murder in a sex game gone wrong . . . The possibility of murder does bring a certain frisson to the bedroom.
11. Girls ask for it by wearing these mini-skirts and hotpants . . . they're just displaying their body . . . Whether they realise it or not they're saying, ‘Hey, I've got a beautiful body, and it's yours if you want it.'
12. You do not want to be caught red-handed . . . go and smash her on a park bench. That used to be my trick.
13. Some women are domineering, but I think it's more or less the man who should put his foot down. The man is supposed to be the man. If he acts the man, the woman won't be domineering.
14. I think if a law is passed, there should be a dress code . . . When girls dress in those short skirts and things like that, they're just asking for it.
15. Girls love being tied up . . . it gives them the chance to be the helpless victim.
16. I think girls are like plasticine, if you warm them up you can do anything you want with them.

We really need a change in this world. Because such magazine writing should not even be allowed. What we read, hear and see does have an effect on our brain, as well as the younger boys or girls who may get such magazines in their hands. It is not responsible to allow such kind of things for the sake of.. what? Free will/free speech? Sorry but it is getting way out of hand. Then free speech could be anything in the end, where we end up in a moralless non-caring world, totally rationalized into oblivion.
And I am pro using your brain! But together with that must come self-honesty, self-responsebility and insight. it must be alligned with equality. Because when the common good of all as equals is the rule, then in no way can a structure or a media form be created that harms the whole but benefits a minority.
BESsBESsBESsBESsBut as long as money (as it currently works) is the deciding factor... this will not change.

Our luxury is their suffering
Why is it that the most valuable and luxurious products on Earth are created through the pain and suffering of thousands of people and animals?
For example look at foie gras, a food product made of the liver of a goose that has been fatened through force feeding it, wticking metal feeding tube down its throat.
Its a very popular delicacy in some countries including France and Belgium.
This practice started at 2500BC, and as the savages we are, we blindly continue our abuse throughout the ages.
The ducks or goose are kept in small cages where they cannot move. They are force fed to have a sick overfat liver that the human then eats.
I really dont have to explain how and if they experience suffering undergoing this. The pictures and videos speak for themselves.
These are the real images, the reality.
And what humans create around it is this decadency, this "oh we are so great and luxurious".
We laugh, while they suffer in pain.
Same with for example diamonds.Too often, the world’s diamond mines produce not only diamonds – but also civil wars, violence, human rights abuses, worker exploitation, environmental degradation , and unspeakable human suffering.
Conflict diamonds are still being mined anda llowed to enter the diamond supply, where they become indistinguishable from other gems. Violence, human rights abuse, and other injustices remain an everyday aspect of the diamond industry.
Killings, beatings, rape, torture, child labor, forced labor, and other human rights abuses all too frequently take place in connection with diamond mining. Often, these abuses happen in the midst of civil wars. But human rights violations are also a regular part of diamond mining in countries that are not officially at war. At Brilliant Earth, we consider every diamond linked to violence and human rights abuses to be a conflict diamond. More info: http://www.brilliantearth.com/confict-diamond-trade/
But again, what do we see?
The sparkles, the "fancyness", the "class", the desire to look superior etc...
The whole consumerist industry even fuels this. Making commercials, propaganda on TV and clips about other people "doing" or "owning" such things, showing how apparently great and fun it is. Something that YOU have to strive for, so that when your doing it or owning it, you can be just as amazing.
Give me a break...

Its like we are living in our little private fantasy land, where we desire to be better and take whatever we can to achieve this - with the result in massive abuse and suffering for other living beings and this planet.
Shut your eyes and just consume. Feel better when your having your meals with caviar and foee gras because apparantly your doing something "great", something luxurious , delicate or upper class. And dont forget to wear your diamonds because people will look at them and think all these good things about you. All the things that can make you feel superior and awesome. Because we live for others opinions after all...

Really think about it, who exactly placed those thoughts in your mind? Who exactly made you think this? Who made you accept it blindly? Why do such feelings come up within you when your for example being given a foie gras meal?
Maybe for a change we should speak out such thoughts aloud to realize how ridiculous those thoughts really are.
If it was our dog or cat being force fed, or if it was our grandma or brother slaving away for our diamonds, we would be furious wouldn't we.

And the change starts with all of us. First of all by opening your own eyes, by facing who you are and what this world is made off. Only then can you start to take responsebility. If you deny it or ignore it, there is no way you can face it. And then we can work together to create a change for this world. As we present with the Equal money solution.

If capitalism creates poverty, and poverty creates war, and war creates genocide and mass rape - then who is to blame: We or "them" ?
Almost everyone knows by now that the majority on this planet lives in poverty. Millions are starving and struggling to survive every day. No money to pay for healthcare, dentist, school... no opportunities to make your life better and earn more money...
Our world has the means and the wealth to end poverty once and for all. We have the capacity to have much more beings populating planet earth. But NOT in our current system.
A central tenant of this system is that to have a decent life you need to have a living-wage job. In New Orleans, or almost any other of the largest 50 cities in the country, poverty, low-wage jobs, and unemployment are the norm for tens of millions of Americans.
According to the 2000 census, the poverty level in the devastated Lower Ninth Ward of New Orleans is 36.4%. A quarter of households have an annual income of less than $10,000. Half live on less than $20,000. Half of those living in the ward are categorized as 'not in the labor force' because they have given up looking for a job.
African Americans, and now also Latinos and other recent immigrants, are systematically shut out of opportunities for decent living-wage jobs and segregated into the poorest neighborhoods. In the case of New Orleans, that meant neighborhoods like the Lower Ninth Ward, which is the lowest-lying, swamp-infested region of New Orleans.
http://www.socialistalternative.org/literature/katrina/logic.html
People are often unsure about the cause of poverty, and tend to blame it solely on the government of the specific country they are talking about.
According to WDM, the cause is:
"Policies of governments and companies are keeping people poor. Policies that ensure global trade benefits the rich, not the poor—the three richest men in the world are wealthier than the 48 poorest countries combined. Policies that give increasing power to multinational companies—for every £1 of aid going into poor countries, multinationals take 66p of profits out. The powerful are exploiting the poor to make bigger and bigger profits."
Governments function within a certain economic system - we can call ours capitalism. It is based on wealth being produced for sale on a market with a view to profit and on the competitive pressures of the market dictating that these profits are accumulated in the form of more and more capital invested to make further profits.
So the reason WHY a lot is being produced, is not to satisfy people's needs, it is to accumulate profit. And make people think they need a lot of crap, to be better, prettier, cooler etc... Preferably stuff that brakes down fast so that it has to be replaced soon = more profit.
It is thus part of the policy of capitalism, as well as an economic necessity imposed by the operation of impersonal en uncontrollable economic laws which governments have to aside by, unless they want to go down in flames a.k.a. economic crisis.
Because if you dont "go with the flow" of the system, it will reject you and you will suffer as well. So its exploit or be exploited.
Profits are placed before poor people because the governments are obliged to, by the working of the system, the market forces. It has been set in motion for quite some time, and generations blindly follow it. But it is time to realise that another system is necessary and possible.
Same with capitalist corporations. Their purpose is to make profit on the capital invested in their businesses so that their shareholders can benefit.
So the WDM (world development movement) is not entirely correct. Private companies cannot pursue any other policy than to maximise their profits. Because that is what they suggest. But it cannot happen in our current system. Because IF they do, they will go down. They will not fit into the system anymore, and there will be others to replace them. So to believe that some companies can and will change their ways and suddenly the world will change, may be too unrealistic.
Today, we see a world economic slowdown, with U.S. corporations shutting down production here in search of areas that produce higher rates of profit. The economic engine of jobs, which helped some workers in previous generations to get out of the ghettos, will not be reoccurring. The vast majority of jobs created under Clinton and Bush have been low-wage jobs, which have replaced higher-wage jobs. Under the rule of capitalism, the majority of the public faces further sharp attacks on their living standards and quality of life, with a growing number being forced into dire poverty, homelessness, and destitution.
Capitalism is a system designed to produce for private profit, not for public need. It is only by taking decision-making out of the corporate boardrooms and placing them under the democratic control of the majority that the economy can provide for our needs. To do that, we need to bring into public ownership the largest 500 corporations and financial institutions.
http://www.socialistalternative.org/literature/katrina/logic.html
So, our system directly creates poverty, and poverty creates more child birth. What poverty also creates is friction, hostility, people not knowing what to do else than to fight. It caused non-education and separation. It creates rebel groups that will fight and plunder, because they have been raised in conditions that will lead a person to become a rebel. You may stigmatize them, but in their place you would probably be the exact same. It is important we teach our children about why people become like that, and why they do what they do.
The war in the other countries are always about money, because money is everything. If you dont have it, you can't eat, you cant be treated by a docter etc... Armies are created, because what else can they do? They see no way out.
And you know what a great recruitement method is? Gang rape.
The way military organisations arrange recruiment, decides if the gang rape of woman will be part of their armed conflicts. A research from political scientist Dara Kay Cohen revealed this.
From her interviews with ex-combatants in Sierra Leone, as well as similar interviews conducted in El Salvador and East Timor, Cohen argues that gang rape often serves as a means of socialization for members of armed groups who perpetrate it, what she calls “combatant socialization.” The insurgencies and armies that have abducted or press-ganged their members into service are more likely to perpetrate widespread rape than those whose “members are recruited through more voluntary methods.” She explained in an interview that gang rape “has…[a] benefit to the group unit under certain conditions. If the people in the group don’t know each other, [and] have no basis on which to trust other, there is a lot of evidence to suggest that…rape, in particular…has an even stronger bonding function than [other forms of] violence.” Gang rape, she explains in a recent paper, “enables armed groups with forcibly recruited fighters to create bonds of loyalty and esteem from these initial circumstances of fear and mistrust.”
So in the end, we are all part of this. No one is excluded from the way the world works. We all live in this system, we work for it, it gives us what we need and it does not give others what they need.
Capitalism --> creates^poverty --> creates war --> creates gang rape
There is a solution, and the solution is a new system= www.livingincome.me

The majority wants change, the majority wants justice and the end of all abuse.
But the minority does not.
Yet, the majority is the majority. Unfortunately a lot of the minority are given a voice while the majority is silenced. The minority has to computers and the networks, the minority doesn't.
We can change this, don't let the minorities opinion convince you otherwise.
